FALSE advertising

Your Nice n Easy colour specifically states that it covers grey hair 100%. Do you know that is does not??? My mother colored her this weekend (AGAIN with your product - in the hope that the last time it was just a bad box) - but it wasn't. Not one of her grey hair has been covered. She is a pensioner - and does not have money just lying around to go and color her hair every time a product doesn't work. The last time she asked me not to say anything to you people - but this time I am not keeping quiet. You CANNOT advertise one thing and then the opposite happens. Please come up with a solution for my mother.
