R350 for Valet... what valet

I paid R350 for a valet. My car was left with them for 5 days. I got the vechicle back on the friday late afternoon. You can see the vechicle was washed and the carpets were vacuumed but that was it. I normaly use a garmin but I have left it at home. That mark in the windoe was still there. The milk spillage against the door from a baby bottle was not even wiped off. I phoned the next morning to complain. The manager on duty... I think Tersia gave me a story that the people are new and so on but I still payed for a valet ...? She promised the director would call me the monday... Ja right. I phoned again the wednesday and got told Tersia will be in later that day and will contact me back... also... JA Right. Friday I phoned again and was put through to Tyron (General Manager) He said he was not aware of the problem but will take this matter up with them and find out what the story is and will phone me back within 2 hours... Today is monday and still nothing, The worst is I have used them on a ouple of times and have given others there details to make use of there service... NEVER AGAIN
