Cad House
CubeX 3D printer still not delivered

Bought and Paid for a new Cubex Duo printer on the 22nd of May. Poor communication from Cad House from the begining, I had to repeatedly quest them for paperwork to conclude the transaction and then to confirm it. They promised a lead, delivery time of 5-6 weeks or 'maybe sooner'. On the back of which I did mynplanning and made commitments to my clients.
They nevr communicated any delays to me. Close to the supposed delivery date I started making enquiries as to the status of the delivery only to be to, by being given a later date which came and went without any delivery. After repeated phone calls, and messages, most of which were ignored, and messages left unreturned. Promises werenmade by CAD House to at least communicate with me, which in every instance they failed to do. Most recently, after mor phone calls to them, I am now being told that the printrs ar in customs but their supplier is failing to supply the right paperwork to customs. Now their supplier and customs is being blamed for continious delays and they are conpletely und utterly incapapble of solving this issue. Still, nearly three months later and almost two months after thenpromised delivery date. Pathetic!
