3d printer sham

I bought a 3d printer from Bernhard Vogt at CAD House which I had to pay for in full before delivery. When the printer arrived 2 weeks late it was not working and the special offer of extra cartridges never materialized. Spent the last 2 weeks phoning them constantly to get it up and running but to no avail. Now I have a big expensive paperweight. Never use these guys to buy a 3d printer they are clearly not capable to handle the technology or even give professional service. Of to the lawyers to get my money back.
