UNLAWFUL DEBT COLLECTION

I have entered into repayment arrangements with RL Daly, and have paid religiously. Today (06/08/2013) I received a call from Letabo of Vertex Solutions (Tel 012 940 1680 ext 3387) stating that my account was withdrawn from RL Daly on 01 July 2013. I contacted RL Daly, and they confirm the account is active for collection by them.

Vertex has, on numerous occasions, contacted me to make payment to them, even whilst the account was under debt review in the past.

This is unacceptable and I expect to not be harassed by collectors when, A - I have entered into a repayment plan and B - the account is not for their collection.

This is a simple case of poor administration.
