Boots damaged/Poor workmanship

I took my boots for heels to C/t station. I went to fetch them the next day and the guy gave me someone else's boots so i pointed out to him which were mine after he asked if i was sure they weren't mine! Less than 3 weeks later they fell off. I took them back and he said i could collect the next day. What a terrible sight. He had knocked 5 nails into each heel, half of them sticking out that would certainly scratch my tiles. I decided not to wear them. After Dawn at head office tried to get me to take them back again, after i refused to go back there, she was not at all helpful and i felt they could at least have the decency to collect them from me in Town seeing that i was being incovenienced. I ended up taking them to N1 city and they did the repair. Unfortunately because they had already been damaged they had to scour off quite a lot of the heel block to make them even.By that time my boots were no longer at the correct height they should have been. As a result they had to put in an extra layer. I told H/O i wasn't happy to walk around like a liquorice allsort, so what do they do? They stain after i told them i'm not happy with that!!! now i don't want them!
