Double billed after cancellation

I cancelled my subscription with Be2 in January and received a confirmation email from them. 6 months later they double billed me and have been bouncing money in and out of my account ever since i mailed them about it. 3 different people are handling my complaint and not one knows what the other is doing or saying. STAY FAR AWAY from this site, it's just a and nothing ever comes from it!!!
