Cancelled subscription and Still being billed

Good day,

During the end of November 2013 I cancelled my subscription and have noticed that I was still billed December and now still receiving sms'es from Double deal. I will not be using these services and have not made use of the services I have also asked one of the consultants if it is possible that the fees be paid back as I have not made use of it and the consultant was to get back to me but never did.

Please be so kind as to cancel the account immediately.
