Kenwood KM264 not worth the money

I purchased the above product at Makro -2 yrs ago for around R3500. For the money I expected so much more than I got. I am highly disappointed. The machine seems "plasticky", when I make a smoothie the bottom of the blender typically comes off dumping my smoothie in the floor, the flour shoots out of the bowl even with the guard on (which even when snapped in place I have to hold to keep it from jumping off), the blades become jammed even at making something simple like bread crumbs, grating cheese, etc. My motor is now slipping which means the beginning of the end. I cannot believe that I am now faced with having to replace an appliance that should have lasted much longer than 2 years for the money I paid. I feel ripped off and mislead by Kenwood's product advertising. I am not a professional chef, but a home cook which apparently the target market for the machine. Product overview: It'll work hard for you, perfectly blending, kneading, whisking, and processing the ingredients you need to create fabulous meals, breads, cakes and pastries. Please guys... be truthful and honest. This product is not as advertised in my opinion.
