ABI's New Wholesale Agreements are Unethical!!!

We, Sabers Wholesalers, the first wholesaler in the country, conducting business with ABI for 35 years;feel strongly that the wholesaler agreements are bureaucratic & biased. Originally, they use to only discount wholesalers but now they discounting every small store above a certain no. of cases. Although the contract is legal;the terms of the contract are so unfavourable for the wholesaler in that a small store signs a 1 page agreement whilst a wholesaler signs a 20 page agreement with a variance ranging from 2.8% & above discounts. Then, though legal, market factors such as supply & demand factors are not taken into consideration to determine pricing;but rather a fixed pricing system by using the discounts as leverage is used. The discounts given, do not take into consideration NO Operational Costs of the wholesaler especially the costs related to a merchant for the acceptance of credit/debit card purchases etc. A loss in these sales will have a ripple like effect on ABI themselves. Though we an INDEPENDENT wholesaler, ABI dictates the days of the week a wholesaler should work as though its not self-explanatory & profit driven. Feedback & Transparency is welcomed.
