Multitude of wrongs

This past Saturday morning about 09:10 I went to Clicks in Galleria to get some meds, they were not yet open as the pharmacy staff had not yet arrived, and I was told it was illegal to open without them, and also that they were contracted to Clicks so couldn't be bothered to be on time!! I was in a hurry so said I'd go back later - my father went for me later, only to wait in a LONG queue and to be told they didn't have my meds in stock and to come back on Monday - which I did, when I got to the pharmacy there was not a soul in sight, I had to call for assistance, and they STILL didn't have my meds in stock as the wholesaler is out of stock! Do u seriously only have ONE wholesaler?? Your staff are complacent about customer service, and this store is forever out of stock, this the 3rd occurence of "come back on Monday"... This branch does the others NO justice!
