China mall... deceptive service & bad attitude

Ordered curtains made to order... clearly understood what we wanted when we ordered but when we collected and it was wrong, pleaded ignorance and the went on to telling me what customer I was... and how he never understood a word I was saying... threatened him with the consumer protection act, told me I can do whatever I want... Suping is rude and arrogant. And wasn't even prepared to compromise. The chinese have come into our country and probably pay no taxes, and still has the audacity to treat a paying customer who does pay taxes that way
