Coke can empty and sixpack full of mould

Hi
I have a small tuck shop and buy from a wholesaler in cape gate area. Tonight I opened a sixpack 440ml coke and found the underside of the cans to be sticky and full of mould. As I unpacked, one of the cans was unopened, but empty (still have the can).

What can I do to get refunded?
