Laser Therapy Deeply Scarred my Face

I went to Samantha Strydom on the 19th of June to receive laser therapy on my face to get rid of spider veins. She told me before hand that it was a safe procedure and I would only be left with a red marks on my face a couple hours after the therapy had been conducted, and that the spider veins would be gone for good. However, within 5 minutes of receiving treatment, the treated areas on my face began to blister and burn. She then proceeded to tell me that this was normal despite what she had told me prior to the procedure. Later that afternoon the blisters worsened and they began scabbing, I phoned her about the problem and she told me again that this was a normal reaction. She offered me free LED laser therapy to reduce the scarring with the promise that it would go away by within a month. However, this was just another false promise and to cover up her mistake. It has been a year since the procedure and I have since spent thousands of rands on trying to remove the terrible scarring left on my face. Not to mention that the laser therapy was also unsuccessful in removing the spider veins. I cant bare to look in the mirror anymore and regret having the procedure! :(
