Very disappointed

I made inquiries regarding laser eye surgery, as my eyes are very bad and due to the sport I do it causes lots of pain with contact lenses and glasses are not an option as they would fall off. Pre-auth requested all the details regarding admission date and hospital and procedure codes, just to tell me laser eye surgery is excluded. So I asked then why did they send me to obtain all the information at a cost to myself if it is an exclusion. They replied saying that some laser eye surgeries are covered, but not the one with my procedure code. I then asked which laser eye surgery codes are then covered and I have not received a response to this. It is over a week already. I am very disappointed in Resolution as they do not even allow you to provide motivation as to the reasons you need the surgery. And plus, twenty years of contact lenses on my plan will work out a lot more than the surgery. If I had known Resolution has such a bad attitude in this regard I never would have joined the scheme.
