SCARRING of face at Body Therapy-Life Style Nurse

My daughter who is 15 years old went in to do her waxing for the upper lip, etc. on Sunday
The therapist Dee Yon burnt her lip and caused a terrible scar. It is so bad that my child does not want to leave the house. I was given 5 'sample' creams (little schets) by the manager to treat the scar and i told the manager taht this will not be enough. She then assured me that they will deliver more cream to my home if this happens. Today is Wed and when i called to say taht the cream has run out and teh scarring has gotten worse I was then referred to another manager Lee.
Lee was condescending and not helpfull in the least and worse off all she was not informed of the matter until I told her.
I RECOMMEND THAT ONE BEWARE OF THIS FRANCHISE AS THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEIR MESS UPS.
