Appalling customer service and attitude

I went for a consultation on a solution for hair loss. The website looked professional and I was interested to see how they could help me as previous laser therapy did not work. After an informative consultation I was told that surgical hair replacement was the best option which sounded correct.

The problem began when I wished to understand who would be performing such an operation given it involves a complicated medical procedure including an anaethestic. The consultant got extremely defensive and was unwilling to divulge details. As a potential patient alarm bells started ringing. How could I place my trust in this company to do such a procedure if they were so defensive about the people who would be doing it.

Instead of trying to diffuse the situation and alleviate my concerns, the consultant got more and more defensive. He completely forgot I was a potential client. Next thing I knew he actually stood up and opened the door and REMOVED me from his office and the company!!!
I left the premises in complete shock and clearly realized that one cannot put ones trust to perform complicated procedures in people who are willing to throw you out if you ask basic questions.
