My boss bought 5 econo heaters from Game a year back. Upon installing the heaters he chucked away his payment slip.
Well as luck would have it one of the heaters cracked!
I contacted Econo-heat and Johan responded immediately to replace the unit.
That was 19 June, today 25 June, the new heater arrived at our office!
And all this without even asking for the slip!
Now this is service!
