Product not value for money

Hi there want to lodge a complain. Bought a Janome sewing machine from pick and pay princess crossing. Had it four months and it stop working. I took it back wanted my money back. They refused. They sen it in for repairs it did not even last for another eight months and it packed up again. Took it back same story ask for my money back they refused send it in for repairs another eight months later pacled up again. I want my money back or the machine replaced

Bought machine sept 2011
Returned 1 st time feb 2012
Returned 2 nd time oct 2012
Need to return again for the 3 rd time it packed up again last night July 2013
