I sent 4 emails to [Email Removed] last night requesting for someone to send me a token number and no one replied. That was not the first time i sent an email to stss and no one replied and to me that is bad service. You have that email address as one of your contact point for your customers however if no one attends to it than it is pointless to have it. I slept in a dark house with no electricity as I was away for the weekend and was not aware that I dont have enough electricity. You guys must pull up your socks because your services is pathetic.
