False and misleading advertising. Extremely bad an

I made use of the Company "Topdesign" to try and register my Company on the following website address: [URL Removed] . I paid over all fees and sent through all the required documentation on the 11th of November 2013. I have since made numerous calls to try and find out what the holdup was and why my registration has not yet been approved. I was told each time that they were waiting for the CIPC to verify my chosen Company name. I have the following issues however: They never responded to most of my emails sent through to them; There was no correspondence what so ever from their side regarding the status of my Company registration; Their website is misleading as it stats that Pty (Ltd) Companies would be listed between 1 - 5 days; They are quick to demand payment and then don't give any further service at all.
I should have checked Hellopeter.com before dealing with this Company as I notice that there are many other unhappy customers. I advise that those interested in registering a Company don't make use of this Company please. I'm currently still awaiting the registration of my Company and don't know what else to do other than warn other people against this Company.
