Money deducted from my account illegally!!!

Platinum Marketing have been deducting money from my account monthly shamelessly. I just called them inquire and they confirmed my account has been cancelled in 2009 already. They have no managers or supervisors available to speak to or sort the problem out and cant phone you back either to get it sorted! Absolute! I am taking this further legally
