Designer Physique Pvr keeps taking my money

In 2010 I signed a 3 year contract with Designer Physique Pierre van Ryneveld. A debit order was setup for the period and my gum fees were paid each month on time for 3 years. I moved to a different suburb but decided I am not going to get into an argument about the contract and will just pay the fees until the contract ends. 3 Months before the end of the contract I sent out a mail informing them that I would terminate my contract when it ends in March 2013. Furthermore I took this email to the gym, and made them sign it as I did not receive any feedback via email. Today they deducted the same amount and even changed the transaction details thinking I wouldn't notice. I again wasted my own time, went to the gym, explained the issue which they then said would be resolved ASAP, 6 hours later I am still waiting for any response! Signing a contract with this gym was one of the biggest mistakes. Who knows how long this issue will continue...
