SA Post Office
I want my Po Box in my name!!

We opened and paid for 'n Po Box at the end of 2009.Payment is due on the 1st January every year. We received our reminder today, 21st January, still in the name of the previous person, no matter how many times we give our details with payment. The poor guy at the Ceres branch says he can't do anything about it, it is done elsewhere. I phoned the call centre and the woman there told me to fax my proof of payment. Can you believe it, i have paid for a box not even in my name for 3 years now and they ask ME for proof. It is as if you walk into a brick wall with the Post Office, nobody seems to know what the is going on there. A nice polite reply that they will tend to the matter is just not good enough. I just want the box in my name and my overseas and local post that always seems to disappear into thin air delivered into MY box. Is that to much to ask???
