Locked my p.o. box evem though payment made

On 25/11/2013 i made a payment towards my box 1396 Eldoard Park at 16:03.The teller Alicia Plaatjies. I was advised that the box will be opened the folowing day. I went for post about a week later and the box was locked i then mailed various people at customer services regarding this and Ntshavhe Nimulovheni responded saying that yes he can see the payment the box will be opened. Last week the Manager Mapule of Eldorado Park Post Office callled me to ask what my problem was she was very rude and abrupt i told her i had paid yet i had to still approach them to open my box. She did not give me a chance and i dont know how the post office can put a person like this in a senior position.i ended the call.i went to collect post on frdiay evening only to discover that my box was locked again. I went in on Saturday (14/12/2013) the person there said that my box was not paid that is why it was locked. What type of people are we dealing with here. I am sure all my post was returned saying the box was locked yet i paid i want to know where to from here.
