I am very disappointed in the service that AVON gives to the representatives. I placed an order on the 22/02/2013 which was then shipped on the 26/02/2013. I phoned several times, communicated via email and then only to be told that the order is now at a post office because I was apparently COD (who knows who changed that). On request for the proof of payment for me to get the order I was told that the delivery address is my home address. My question is this, why was my parcel delivered to a post office when it is not my delivery address and why is it so difficult to just get a proof of payment from you to get stock I paid for. Or will this stock be collected on AVON's account from the post office and be delivered to the correct address as was indicated on the order form.
I would like a solution to this as it is becoming ridiculous and not to mention extreme bad service delivery.
