Empty promise

I have a problem with EskomMokopane, on 12th April this year we went there to report that we want to move our meter box from one house to another as we want to destroy old house and build new one. They told us they will come after 30 days, even now we are still waiting. They came this month on 13th and told us their cable is too small they will come on 17th with right cable. Since then we never see them again. They are delaying. Each and every time when we go to their offices they tell us that we where not on the list they will put us on the list. Even if I can go today and go again tomorrow I will get same story. Our meter no is 01316904992 for Annan mabusela. Last time they gave me this reference no 97187684
