Meter box fixing

My family and I just moved back into a house we once lived in before it was renovated. The people that lived there took a shelter to which the meter box was attached to, and now it is just lying around the yard, which is dangerous since we have kids in the house. We reported the matter to the office, and were told to pay R250 for them to move it to the main house. But it went up to R280, we didn't mind, paid the difference on the 19th September 2013. And were told that they will come same day, until today they haven't come.
