We went to Eskom branch in Kwaggafontein last year December 2012 to make an application for meter shifting

Early January 2013 we paid an amount _ R 1 500 for Eskom to shift our meter. The account we were furnished with was a wrong account and the money we paid had to be allocated to the relevant department and it showed an error when reflecting on eskom when i contacted the Braamfontein branch in Johannesburg I was told.
I spoke to Elliot in Witbank and he advised me to fax the proof of payment on 086 5726603 with the Reference number: 86254002. The Eskom technicians came today to do the meter shifting and they told my mother who is an elderly person that they just shift the meter without the cables and we need to pay another money to get someone to come and do the cabling plus the connection. I am not happy about their service it. They need to explain to me how do they do their assessment for meter shifting and the amount quoted and paid by me does not cover full service of meter shifting? I am contacting my lawyers about this matter because i called my mom to speak to the Senior technician and he gave me an attitude and i told him that he is crazy.
