I spoke to Nonhlanhla, branch manager for Hoopstad Post Office and i'm not happy at all with the feedback i got from her. She confirmed that the system wasn't completely offline but on and off and thats what usualy happens, and the teller was supposed to inform us of that. Instead the teller just told us with the "BAD ATTITUDE" that the system is offline and nothing about we can try again in few minutes as per Nonhlanhla.

I fee that the reason she never mentioned that, its because of the personal conversation she first started when my fiance got to the counter, then she just decided to shut him out without "GOING AN EXTRA MILE AND EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER". I still feel that we will never get help at that Post Office as long as this person is there because of the history and personal matters, which has nothing to do with her job or customers.

I need a serious DISCIPLINARY action to be taken against the teller and i need feedback as to what's going to happen, otherwise i'm going to CPA and the Ombudsmand about this. What kind of service are we getting from our SA Post Office with people like her??? SHE IS NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HD2011526
