SA Post Office
Excellent service

I went to post office yesterday, the lady, who was supposed to help me, she was so rude, I gave her my reference number, she just looked at me and asked, when was it posted, and afterwards, she said to me they don't have, and if they do its not ready to be collected. She was working in teller 2, busy with her cell phone, she did not even check anything, accept to say I must go back, I think her name is Olivia. I went to the manager Valentine, he was so helpful, him and Zanele they went to check for it only to find out my post delivered at same post office on 11/10/2013, I got my post. I am happy with what was done to solve my problem.
