Poor customer service/ rip off

I took in a pr of shoes for stretching to Cleaning Brothers Woodmead on the 8th June. I asked for a price on stretching and was advised by the assistant that they did not have a price list and I would need to leave the shoes there and they send it offsite and will give me a TELPHONIC quote on the Mon 10 June. I didnt get a call and on the Tues 11th June I went to the store and was advised by another assistant that the person didn not action. So i waited another 2 day for a quote... I had to call the Cleaning Brothers... no one bothered following up with me. The quote was R90 and I agreed. I was told I would get the shoes in a few days. I went back to store on the 17th June and my shoes were still not there.. I called over a few times that week and each time I was promised that someone would call me... I was sent a txt on the 19th assuring me my shoes would be there on the 20th by mid day... when I called it was not there. It arrived on the 21st.. Two weeks to get a pr of shoes streteched... pathetic service and a rip off.. Levingers charge R56 for heel tips... and its done on site. whilst Cleaning Brothers charge R90 and its off site... Will never use CleANING Brothers again
