I have reported a matter to the National credit regulator, seeking assistance on a matter between myself and Mzanzi Debt Counselling, However I was disappointed to get a feedback from the representative of NCR that they have lots of important complaint that they are dealing, I must either wait indefinitely or must contact my Legalwise lawyer. It is disgusting to get such feedback, especially from a company that is suppose to the assisting poor customers like myself. Companies like Mzansi will continue enriching themselves by hard-earned South African monies while the company the is expected to intervene and protect us, is advising us to go to get services of attorneys. I am aware that I am not the only Sought African having a complaint, but I am expecting at least the decency of a feedback and guidance, rather than being refer to Legalwise. I have engage NRC verbally and even wrote them a letter, which they have confirmed that they have received, but no feedback received. I am still awaiting feedback from the NRC.I am worried that if the NRC gives me such a feedback, how about other people who cannot read or write.
