Inappropriate response

Following my complaint on the 07/05/2013 (from Soso84) and my customer feedback on 04/06/2013, legalwise has done it again by inappropriately responding with a case that has nothing to do with anything I mentioned on my complaint which includes Florida Branch, Xolani Masango, ref XM/61551/TS, year of occurrence 2012.

Instead went on about a case that is handled in Durban Branch after so many setbacks to it as well, until Travers Naidu from Legalwise took it upon himself to constantly update me and follow up with Mr. Ismail Dawjee (the attorney) on a regular basis and both these people I am completely happy with their work and feedback.

I would like someone from legalwise to READ my complaint dated 07/05/2013 and respond to what I am complaining about and not give me irrelevant feedbacks and also correct this to Travers Naidu and Ismail Dawjee so as not to think that I have complained about their service because I did not.
