Paid my account, have been handed ove

I have been paying my Avon account as arranged with finances at Avon.
My account has been paid to date and I do not owe Avon anything.
I have been getting sms's to say I need to phone a Miss Verlishia from the N.B.A. law firm that i have been handed over.
I have had an arrangement with Avon, that I was making payments to Avon untill my account is fully paid up.
Now that my account has been paid up, they have been sending sms's to say I am now facing leagal action.
