Investec Rugby Academy dont delive

I did the Advanced Rugby coached course in June 2011. After numerous emails, telephone calls to find out where my end of course package as promised was and would be delivered. I am still waiting.
I have received my photo and certificate but no other information as was promised. For the amount of money that was paid I find this unacceptable and the management simply don't care. They take your money and run. How Investec can be involved is beyond me!!!
I would not send any of my players on such a course again, nor would I consider doing any local coaching courses through this company. Overseas is best option.
