Enough is enough!!!

2007
We received a sms from VVM about TV licence
October 2007 Sam Rieboldt-Ngidi (from SABC) told us this licence was purchased 1981 by my husband (who would have been 8 at the time).
January 2009 Denizay Du Plessis (from SABC) told us it was purchased in 1998.
According to VVM at the time it was purchased at 1996.
Then I all of a sudden receive a printout from SABC (WHO ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY ANY PROOF) with the account number and my husbands name and surname - nothing else.
After paying a certain amount to VVM the case are given back to the SABC June 2009.
October 2009 we contacted the SABC not hearing anything from them or receiving any feedback and get told that they received all the documentation and the account is settled and closed!!!
Still waiting for the letter to confirm this after numerous calls.
2013 (4 YEARS LATER!!!)
Now all of a sudden the case is handed over to Nudebt again who is driving us insane with their sms's and bad attitudes...
We have done our part and was told the "case is closed".
Enough is enough.
