I own a few Komatsu TLB's. The other day I needed one of them to be repaired. Komatsu gave me an over inflated quote. On enquiring about why this is so high, they said to me this is how they do it and the work usually comes out to be less than the quote. when this is the case they usually refund you on the balance... funny way of doing business if you ask me but anyway... For them to start the job one need to pay the quoted amount into their bank account. So i did and they came out and did the job. The service field guy (Anton Meyer) was the only guy who really tried his best to take care of customer satisfaction. The rest of the people we interacted with (Switchboard, Beverly, Lynn, Julie, and many more others) were forever keeping on passing the buck. On completion of the job I was owed about R4800. Then the misery to get this refunded started. It has now been almost two months and we have not been refunded. Everybody is passing the buck and nobody seems to care much about the customer. Eventually I said to them that I am considering legal action, upon which I was told "well, then you should get yourself an attorney and see what you can do". I could not believe this. Never again!!!
