More info on unauthorized billing

Good day,

You have been billing me per day R17.54 for some reason from 17/05/2013.
Could you please furnish me with proof of when i subscribed to a unknow service from you?

I have contacted Nashua mobile and they have cancelled my so called subscription to your service.

Can you refund me on this unauthorized billing?
