I contacted the supplier in Feb of 2013 to service 10 air cons and to repair 3. They came out and serviced the requested units and told me they will be back the following week to repair the 3 units. They showed me a part of 1 unit that needed replacement and therefore the wait till next week so that the part can be ordered. Its now nearing end June. I called them at least 10 times and always got the same answer: We'll be there next Tuesday. They remain a no-show. the part is still in their hands so I can't even get another company to come fix their blunder. Please be wise and think before you get these people to come do anything for you.
