Faulty Huggies Gold

I have been a loyal Huggies mom since my son's birth. I have experienced a couple of mishaps with faulty diapers and now again while the nanny was changing my son the side strip of the diaper came off. I have dealt with Clair in the past and she has always been reassuring about the quality of their product and that they are constantly looking at ways to improve. Please guys work a little harder in doing so. I haven't had to come here in a long time to complain about your product, this has now resulted in me being a dissatisfied customer.
