Octagen Debt Counsellors
Not Helpful At All

I have being with Octagen Debt Counsellor from September 2012 and my concern is that my creditors are still contacting me and demanding payments. They are even contacting me at work which is causing problems. I can't afford to lose my job because someone is not doing their job. What I don't understand that Octagen Debt Counsellor debit my bank account every month since September 2012 so my creditor should get their payments. I have emailed them regarding to the issue mention above and requested a statement and nobody seem to respond. My big question is if my creditors are not get their payment then where is my money being out to. I have been asking so long for statements but nobody is bothered to send it.
