Cement trucks destroy our roads

Metier cement mixer trucks have managed to totally destroy the Grosvenor / Main Road intersection... stones are dropped which not only destroy the road but are a danger to safety. The damage it does to our cars and Tyres is unacceptable.

The drivers are arrogant about it when questioned. The speed they drive in a suburban area up and down Grosvenor Road Bryanston is just disgraceful. Something should be done when something like this happens. A fine of some sort should be implemented??? By whom I have no idea?
