Holiday of a lifetime burnt down in couple of mins

I have booked and payed for a cruise on the MSC Sinfonia departing 7 December in May 2013 already. This is a gift to my girlfriend for her 21st birthday. I wanted to make sure that this will be a holiday of a lifetime. This morning when i checked for all the excursions available one was already sold out and the other I didnt even have the option of booking. I am very disappointed that I never had the chance to book for ALL the port excursions. I was looking forward to our holiday but that feeling has now gone. I phoned the call center and spoke to Johann Konig, he asked that I mail him the screenshots of the excursions I am not able to book for, so I did. Awaiting his reply. I am still VERY upset that we will not be able to go on all the excursions as I promised to my girlfriend because of MSC Cruises!!! This will be my first and last time on a MSC Cruise!!!
