Excellent service

I recently purchased products from Isabella Garcia. The service from ordering to delivery was excellent. I was dealing with Willize Blake. There was however some confusion between me and the courier about a parcel. I contacted Customer Services. Juanita spoke to the driver immediately and allowed me time to trace the missing parcel. At no time was I made to feel dishonest. She was very calm and handled the suitaution in a manner that is beyond expectation. Thank you Juanita, I really appreciate the way in which you handled everything.
