Very bad Product sold by Edgars

Hi
I bought my Husband a Busby wallet at Edgars in December for Christmas. I expected good quality seeing the name is Busby and I bought is from Edgars.
The leather around the clip is already coming off and it looks terrible

Pleas assist me in sorting out this problem
