Bad service and not HELPFUL

I bought a pair of shoes for R500. After wearing it for 3 days, the shoe had a ugly defect on the leather. This was clearly inferior leather.

Unfortunately I lost my slip and they don't want to exchange the shoe, I have the box and it has the sticker on it that shows that I bought it from Edgars.

Is there someone that can assist me and resolve my problem? I need another pair of shoes or my money back.
