Shocking Quality

I bought a pair of expensive John Drake leather shoes, and in less than 2 months they have huge holes where the leather meets the sole of the shoe. When buying a premium product I expected that it would have lasted longer! And to top it off, I cannot even return the damaged products because I didnt keep a little piece of paper. With the number of slips we get nowdays its impossible to keep them all and most end up straight in the bin! I hadnt shopped at Edgars before, and not sure now if I will again!
