Worst Attitude

Even after discussing that I would be taking a break and not stop with Pilates classes, Mystic Blue Pilates in Germiston still charged me for 3 months of classes which I never received. Which one month was December were they did not even have a full month of class. Their attitude and way of handling me as a potential client has been absolutely shocking. Insolent is such a perfect word of how I have been treated as a client. The best is that it is not only me having this total rotten experience with them, but numourous ladies that I know of. Now I finally understand why their studio is so quiet. It is the lack of client service, relationship and plain friendliness. On making a comment once that their service is terrible, I got told this is just business: clearly they have no understanding of what makes a business succesful.
