I am extremely upset at the fact that being a client for many years that, I have come to experience this. The Zumba class scheduled for 8:15-9:15 on 29/03/13 was cancelled without notice to its clients. I live 15km away from the gym and it has become routine for me to go to the gym at set times to make full use of the classes provided.

Firstly there are a few members including myself who do the Zumba barefoot. So I do not carry trainers whereby I could use any other facility at the gym.
No one from the front desk informed me and others that the class was cancelled. I had to ask when the time lapsed.
The schedule remained unchanged online as well as outside the studio.
The room had further not been cleaned. (barefoot one would know)

The lack of communication is poor on the part of Virgin Active! I pay for these services and expect my moneys worth!
